Target Fund Request
Please complete a separate application for each craft for which you are requesting funds.
Applications must be submitted 24 hours before the bid due date.
In an effort to promote participation in the Target Fund Program, Local 118 has implemented the procedure in regard to the application for and payment of target monies. We believe this will provide opportunities for both our members and signatory contractors in our joint efforts to secure work in today’s competitive marketplace.
Termination
Each employee must be on a separate form.
Please submit within 48 hours of termination.
